Both Melrose on Fourth and Brooklyn Heights have 24-hour fitness rooms, game rooms and hot tubs. External security cameras surround the complexes and units, and there is a 24-hour/365 day per year emergency maintenance line. While free parking is available for all tenants, there is also an underground parking garage at Brooklyn Heights, as well as elevator access. Melrose on Fourth and the office are located at 950 4th Street, while Brooklyn Heights is just across the street at 965 4th Street. Eastern Illinois University is only a few blocks down 4th Street (you can see the castle from our apartments!), making it easy to walk or bike to campus. Several restaurants and nightlife are also nearby. 4th Street is the place to be!

All of our apartments come fully furnished so that makes moving in and out a breeze! The kitchen comes with 4 bar-stools for the island, modern black appliances including a refrigerator, stove and dishwater and a double sink with a garbage disposal. The living room is set for entertaining with both a couch and a loveseat, as well as 2 end tables and a coffee table. Each bedroom comes with a full-size bed and a chest of drawers that can fit perfectly in the walk-in closet if desired. Washer and Dryer in every apartment tucked away in its very own laundry room!
